"They actually had the drawer"
I needed a spare drawer for my air fryer and was already getting a bit fed up because a couple of other places were showing nothing or vague delivery dates.

These had it listed as in stock, so I ordered it on Monday. Got the email the same day, no back order nonsense, no chasing around.

The site was easy enough to use and the stock info was clearly accurate, which is all I wanted. I'd use them again, simple as that

I ordered from cooksprofessional.co and, to be honest, it arrived much quicker than I thought it would. I got regular updates along the way and the parcel turned up in good condition, so on the delivery side I really can’t complain. If you’re mainly judging them on speed and keeping you informed, I’d say they did a great job

"Honestly, the selection was underwhelming"
I was hoping to find a decent range of kitchen stuff, but it felt really limited. So many of the products looked almost the same, and I kept thinking, is this it? I couldn’t really find what I needed, which was frustrating because I expected way more from a kitchen site. Ended up giving up and looking elsewhere. Bit of a letdown, really.

I’m really happy with this so far. It cooks everything just fine, but what I notice most is that my electric meter doesn’t shoot up like it used to with my old one. I remember constantly checking it before and feeling a little stressed every time I cooked, so it’s a relief not to have that same worry now.

"Surprisingly quiet, for once"
I bought this from cooksprofessional.co.uk and, i was expecting the usual kitchen appliance racket, because apparently that’s just what we all have to put up with. But it’s actually much quieter than I thought it would be. I can use it in the morning without the whole house acting like I’ve started roadworks in the kitchen. It still makes a bit of noise, obviously, but nothing loud or rattly. Delivery was fine too, which is always a pleasant surprise. Overall, really happy with it.

I had an issue with my item after a few months, so I sent them a quick email and they got the warranty claim sorted quickly. There wasn’t any messing around, just asked me to send a couple of photos and then they dealt with it from there, if that makes sense. Really happy with how helpful they were.

"Pretty much what I expected"
I ordered from cooksprofessional.co.uk and, to be fair, the product turned up pretty much exactly as it looked on the website. The size, colour, and main features were all what I’d expected, so there were no big surprises when I unpacked it. The only small thing was that one part looked like it might be a bit sturdier in the photos, but it still does the job fine. Delivery was alright too, nothing to complain about there. Overall, I’m happy with it — not absolutely perfect, but definitely close enough.

"Clunky website, bit of a headache"
Tried ordering from cooksprofessional.co.uk and the website was a bit of a pain in the backside. Pages were loading slowly, the basket kept doing weird stupid stuff, and I had to enter my details twice, which really got on my nerves. I did manage to place the order eventually, but the whole process felt clunky as hell. Even the confirmation email took ages to come through. Not the worst experience ever, but come on, it shouldn’t be this awkward to buy something online.

I’m really pleased with it. It’s a bit bigger than I expected, but it still fits nicely in my kitchen without getting in the way. The extra space is really handy too — I can fit loads in without having to rearrange everything or struggle to squeeze things inside

I didn’t have the best experience getting a response from them. It kind of felt like they were avoiding my questions or hoping I’d just give up and move on. Maybe that wasn’t the intention, but the lack of communication definitely made it seem that way

I actually really liked the look of cooksprofessional.co. Clean. The design feels tidy without being boring, and the product photos make it easy to see what you’re looking at. The pages loaded without any issues for me, and I didn’t have to hunt around to find things. Simple. The colours are nice too, not too loud or busy. Overall, it just feels neat and easy to use
