"Really poor customer service"
Really poor customer service, item broken when delivered, through poor packing, took weeks and dozens of emails to get a refund. Don't phone them as customer service is on a premium number and you pay highly for a call.

"Non delivery of goods"
I have had a great deal of difficulty tracing a parcel l purchased through Amazon. DPD and Amazon were so unhelpful and it was impossible to actually speak to someone. Sam from Cooks Professional was excellent. I cannot praise her efforts enough. She dealt with it promptly, did what she said she would do and telephoned me back. I wish there were more “Sams” in this world. Thank you so so much.

They sent me a link to purchase another !!!
Not interested poor customer service

"Congratulations to Customer Service…"
Congratulations to Customer Service agent Sam and to Cooks! I've been looking for a replacement water tank for my D8961 type hot water dispenser for which none of the other sellers keep spares. Sam promptly found and sent me one for a very reasonable price, saving me from having to replace a perfectly good dispenser. Cooks still sell this dispenser which has a proper size water tank. You run it until you've got just the water you need - very economical - just don't forget to turn it off when your cup's full!

"Bought dual bin 18 months ago turned up…"
Bought dual bin 18 months ago turned up with dents on the back , put up with that because it was on the rear , 1 of lids broke so bought new replacement it turned up with dents and scratches on it then asked for another one it too turned up damaged ask for replacement 3 more times turned up damaged and already used I have now given up and bought a new bin from another company very poor service !!!!

"Excellent Service 👌🏽"
Bought a dehydrator which packed in with 5months. Contacted cookworks who were ever so lovely and sent out a new one to arrive the next day after ascertaining the fan had stopped working. Super hassle, this was s how customer service should be. Thank you

"Replacement part for my air fryer"
They were very helpful in resolving the problem with my air fryer. They have sent me the part with very clear instructions on how to replace the faulty part.
Sam who I spoke to could not be any more helpful.
Their customer care is excellent and sorted every thing out in 48 hours.

"Great customer service"
Great customer service
I bought a food processor from Amazon, but couldn't work out why it wouldn't work. I engaged with the customer service team and sent them photos and and eventually a video. They were helpful throughout - it turned out to be missing a part so they sent a replacement bowl and it now works perfectly. Pleased with the service and they were charming and polite and bent over backwards to help me out.

"AVOID BUYING FROM THESE CLOWNS."
Absolute waste of time and money. Bought a food processor and smoothie maker combined on Amazon. Plugged it in and didn't work. Wish I had read the reviews first. No wonder these clowns have such a low rating. Plus you have to pay to return the worthless POS.

Avoid at all costs.

"Terrible quality pans"
Bought a set of iron frying pans from this company. Used the large one for the first time and after following their very detailed instructions, the food completely stuck to to the bottom of the pan. Rinsed out after binning the food and had to use a cloth to get the stuck food off, dried the pan and put on top of the hob overnight and came downstairs to a completely rusty pan. Please do not buy these pans
"Cooks Professional 3 Piece Set of Pre-Seasoned Cast-Iron Frying Pans" as you are totally wasting your money on them.

"Heartedly recommend this Company"
There was a leak under my ice making machine and I called the customer help line and explained this to a very helpful lady who suggested it was a pipe which was leaking within the machine. She then sent me the pipe out free of charge together with a video link which made it very easy for me to remove and replace pipe.
I absolutely love my ice making machine and was lost without put, but it’s now fixed and working great.
I would heartedly recommend this company (Cooks) and their product and staff.

"Poor service and faulty product"
Purchased an air fryer that lasted just over a year, I sent them images of the product as it was immaculate. They didn't want to know. Their website states a 2 year guarantee but because I had purchased it through a company that no longer existed they refused to help. Their opening hours are ridiculous and the email I received was laughable, terrible spelling and English, perhaps they have not heard of spell check. I would give them zero stars if I could. Appalling service and even worse product. Do not waste your money.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
Like others, I had a problem with a Cooks Professional product (soup maker) and Cooks Professional have put barriers up every step of the way and refuse to help. I will never buy from them again and would urge others not to either. They simply do not want to help when things go wrong. Stay well clear!

"Expensive Premium Line for Aftersales"
Cooks Professional is a ok product. My problem is that when something goes wrong and you call their customer service, the telephone number is a Premium Line at 13 pence a minute. It quickly adds up to ££s.
A reputable company would not treat customers this way. We should consider customer after service, before purchasing a product.

"I found The Customer Service department…"
I found The Customer Service department at Cooks Professional, very professional and helpful in the way they dealt with my issue.
I had a issue with an item I had purchased, and after investigating this they replied to confirm a replacement would be despatched. From start to finish the service was excellent and today I have received my replacements. You really good not ask for anymore than that.
